“Louwman Group is investigating the possibilities for the acquisition and integration of Auto Smolders’ Mazda dealer activities. This involves the sales and after-sales activities in Westerhoven, Tilburg and Eindhoven. Mazda Tilburg and Westerhoven will be housed in the Louwman Dealer Group locations in the region. Mazda Eindhoven will remain in its current location at Vaalserbergweg 2.

The intended acquisition will enable the Louwman Dealer Group – in a nice and contiguous catchment area – to grow the Mazda brand even more quickly and to serve our customers even better””, according to Marco Broere, General manager of the Louwman Dealer Groep.
As a Dutch family business, Louwman Group will continue the family atmosphere at Mazda Auto Smolders and will welcome and provide opportunities to all employees within the group.
The intended acquisition is expected to be completed at the end of December.”
