About Louwman Facility & Estate
Louwman Facility & Estate develops, builds and manages real estate both for businesses associated with Louwman Group and for external market parties. In every case, people and the environment are paramount. Louwman Real Estate owns nearly 100 locations; some are used by companies associated with Louwman Group. Several buildings are rented to external market parties such as Stedin, Coolblue, Gefco and Alphabet. In addition, Louwman Facility & Estate rents some 50 locations to accommodate several Louwman Group dealer companies and Welzorg locations.

Increasingly sustainable
In addition, any newly developed or newly built real estate complies with the so-called sustainability classifications (BREEAM or GPR) to the extent possible. One of the most recent Louwman Real Estate developments, Louwman Rotterdam-Zuid, has received the BREEAM classification ‘Outstanding’, making it the most sustainable dealer location in the automotive sector in all of Europe. An achievement to be proud of!
