For example, private lease contracts are concluded in cooperation with Alcredis for the operating companies NIMAG and Louwman en Parqui. Continued development of mobility subscriptions is also done in collaboration.

In other words, how can we cooperate in such a way that data is used to approach the right customer in the right way at the right moment? And this applies not only to car sales, but to the entire value chain as Toyota defines it: i.e., also financial services and after sales.

In the first phase, inventory management is optimised by division-transcending supply chain management, and Louwman Logistics manages ordering and delivery. Here, efficiency and operational excellence are always paramount.
