Erwin van Roon proposed as CEO of Toyota Louwman Financial Services

Vianen, 31 August 2026 – Toyota Louwman Financial Services (TLFS) announces that its shareholders, Toyota Financial Services and Louwman Group, intend to appoint Erwin van Roon as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TLFS.

Van Roon has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and statutory director of TLFS since 2023. He has been with Louwman for 17 years, during which time he has held various financial and leadership positions and gained extensive experience in both the financial services and automotive sectors. As CFO of TLFS, he has made a significant contribution to the further development of the company, its governance and its strategic direction.

The shareholders have expressed their confidence in Van Roon’s leadership qualities, extensive experience and ability to continue the successful development of TLFS and guide the company into its next phase.

The proposed appointment is subject to approval by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

Van Roon is the intended successor to Vincent Jorritsma, who took up the role of CEO of Louwman Group on 1 August.
