About Louwman Group
Louwman Group is a family business established in 1923. We work based on our mission: the passion to move people. Customers, employees and society are central to all we do.
We want to offer them the best-fitting mobility. We live by five core values: customer driven, continuous improvement, feeling responsible, show courage and together we are Louwman. The Louwman Group activities are allocated across three divisions. There is also a group staff and the Louwman Museum.
At Louwman, more than 3,000 colleagues are active in three divisions across the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, and the Czech Republic.
With import companies for such automobile brands as Toyota, Lexus, Morgan and Suzuki, Louwman has been among the largest automobile distributors in Europe for decades. Motorcycles and outboard engines are also familiar sectors. The Louwman Dealer Group covers around 50 retail locations.
But our passion to move people goes even further. At Louwman, we want to offer everyone the right mobility solution. Moving people isn’t just about getting from one place to another. As a family business, we aim to inspire, encourage and help people move freely.
That’s why we’re also active in rental, (private) leasing and financing, parts supply, logistics and real estate and we have our own Louwman Museum.
On this solid foundation, we are developing ourselves as a mobility provider in an increasingly broad perspective. For example, we think sustainably with CycloVriend and car-sharing company WeGo. And together with leading partners, Mobility Invest Group focuses on various transportation services in subscription form.
Louwman Bikes
Louwman Bikes brings bicycles directly to the consumer and the business professional.
Louwman Retail Automotive
The Retail Automotive division consists of the Louwman Dealer Group, which covers around 50 retail locations, and Louwman Exclusive, in Utrecht.
Wholesale Automotive
Leading in mobility: Louwman Group’s vision is embodied by Wholesale Automotive. As an importer of reliable brands like Toyota and Suzuki— with Toyota among the top three in global sales—the division is responsible for a substantial share of hybrid cars on Dutch roads.
